Is there a Take All or Accept hotkey?

Selling and looting is a bit clunkier than it was on my Xbox, not as quick and easy. I know we have a mouse but I was wondering if there was a sort of "just do it" hotkey where I can take all without clicking, or sell stacks of items without having to click.
Just curious.
