Enchanted Chest Inquiry
Can I use the enchanted chest to clone Ninroot plant? I've tried it before and it didn't seem to work. I also couldn't spawn cloned Ninroot plants via console.

No, you cannot clone Nirnroot using the enchanted chest. A detailed list of what can and cannot be cloned can be found here: https://en.m.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Alchemy_Acquisitions#Detailed_Walkthrough

Then how do I get the last remaining Ninroot to beat that quest in Skingrad?

You search all over, near water and in caves.

You need a total of 100 Nirnroot to complete the mini quest and there are a total of 306 plants in the game.

On my last playthrough I didn't even touch the nirnroot. Its like the quest that never ends and the reward isn't really worth it for me.

I think I need like 30 or 40 more and I'll beat the quest.
