Why Do Guards Keep Arresting Me For Stealing When Nobody Saw Me?
Every time I break into someones house or pickpocket someone, I have a guard on my case almost immediately after even though nobody saw me. Why is this?

If I recall correctly, the Unofficial patch "mends" this issue. I gotta confirm this.

Confirmation denied. It didn't. That is a bug that UPs didn't address.

Not in the UOP, but there is a setting in WryeBash's bashed patch under Tweak Actors that you can check for Irresponsible Creatures.
