Someone have the "Pocket Guide to the Empire and its Environs: 3rd Edition"?

I just want to know if someone have the pocket guide that came with the collector edition, or perhaps a pdf. I need it because my brother want to make a fan translation, but we doesnt have the format in wich is printed.

Well, all we need is the scans of the pages of the pocket guide, to know the format or style of the book, because my brother is already working with the texts.

If I recall, Bethesda released a larger lore book that contained it. If not, it isn't too hard to find a cheap copy.
