crash on cell load, please help

ok so ive recently started playing oblivion again and ive been moding it (a lot), so it was working relativly fine up to the point where i got to weynon priory, i went inside spoke to jaufree got the quest, problem was that when i tried to leave the world area around weynon priory the game would crash, i was able to go to corrol but after leaving the city it would crash when i went to enter it again, so i went to try ang fix the problem by clearing out files for mods i wasent using and deactivating some others, now ive started a new save to be safe, but the game crashes everytime i try to load any cell, ive looked all over for solutions and the only thing i can find is that the unofficial patches could be causing a problem but they were working before and id rather not have to deactivate them,here is my load order

Update: i disabled all the unofficial patches, it did not help

thats alot of mods, maybe uninstall some, it is a no brainer that you have 20 mod conflicts in there
