Missing dlc but have dlc?

Ive done into the launcher checked all 3 files to make sure their activated, reset my game, verified files but..the game is registering me "missing" the crucial files of the dlc?
and im not sure what to do in order to fix this? I had just thought of actually sitting down and tryin oblivion but I can't seem to get past this issue.
any help would be greatly appreciated!

have u right clicked on properties then went 2 the dlc bit? it has 2 have the dlc ticked on there

Well, you can begin the game & safely add the DLC later, but maybe it's just misreading it? If you have the DLC you'll get about 5 quest notifications as soon as you finish the tutorial area & go outdoors. If you still don't have it I'd say contact support & make sure you have the special GOTY edition.

No you can't, GOTY version has a specific bug, its Oblivion esm contains Shivering Isles data for some reason, but not assets, so it will try to load it but fail and throw errors.

I suppose this is exactly what's happening with OP.

@OP, if you really did enable DLCs in the launcher, checked all boxes, look if they stay that way perhaps. Maybe it resets itself or something

I have the two main dlc's but im missing the other dlc's.
even in the launcher it says ive only got two but in the text file and even on steam..it says I own GOTY edition which comes with all dlc's, shiver isles, the knight, the other extra stuff.

im having this problem too, ive got the deluxe edition but only shivering isles & knights of the nine stuff is appearing in game and on my data list

You don't actually have the Deluxe edition, Steam just confuses the two versions

Yea I heard about that, supposedly back in the day there were TWO version of "GOTY" edition and if you didn't buy the actual deluxe edition, you're basically ♥♥♥♥♥♥ now and have to go online lookin for a deluxe key

Also, if you use a mod manager it starts with the DLC disabled & they have to be turned on under plugins. Just learned this.

anyone knows a place to aquire those minor dlcs? no way in hell im buying the game for the 4th time. 2 physical copies and now on steam i picked goty beacuse it usually includes all content. at least it was like that when oblivion was made. what a bad joke this is.

best option is to look on "questionable" places online. and acquire them there.
but other then that, your only option is to buy again :/
cause we all know they'll make us pay twice instead of just fixing the issue.
