Problem with Fast Travel / Resting
I think I may have inadvertently caused a problem in my game. I decided to take the scenic route across the country back to the Imperial Castle and had some wolves chasing me. I ran for a long period of time because I didn't really feel like turning around to shoot them down (bowman) and it was actually kinda fun seeing if they could keep up. Eventually I reached water and two of them stopped at the water, but the third one jumped in. I cut around some rocks and headed back up onto land and went to the city and found an inn to rest.

Only...I couldn't rest. I got a note that I could not rest while enemies were nearby. Tried fast traveling, same issue. Was confused, so I figured it might be bounty-related. Checked with the guards, no bounty. Went back outside down to the water's edge and checked and found the two wolves that were near the water dead, but the third one was nowhere to be found. Tried reloading (last save was at the inn, go figure), tried killing some new enemies, tried dying, tried restarting the game, tried entering a dungeon...but there's ALWAYS an enemy nearby.

Any ideas/answers?

This is a longshot, but go back outside and type the following command into console:

swdp

This command shows a list of who is detecting the player. With any luck the enemy stuck in combat with you will be displayed. Try targeting that enemy using the refid and type kill into console.

If that doesn't work try teleporting.

type the following command into console.

player.moveto 15D9A

This will teleport you to the beggar in Anvil. Perhaps distance away from the wolf will fix things.

Teleporting worked. Thanks so much for your help. :)
