Console Commands for broken quest

So basically I got to the Imperial City and Velwyn won't come with me, there is no way I can get him to come with me even by using bribing/raising disposition. So basically, how do I use console commands to get past this part?

There are stage directions given. Just tip in the console
setstage (quest(NOT QUEST NAME!!!)) (quest id)
and press enter
I think you need: setstage ms02 85 (or 87 or 88)
85: I've met Velwyn at The Count's Arms Tavern. He's agreed to escort me to the house and open the secret room.
87: Velwyn and I have arrived in Benirus Manor. I must proceed cautiously to the secret room's entrance and prevent any harm from befalling us if the curse is to ever be lifted from this place.
88: Velwyn and I have arrived at the secret door.

Ah thanks, I was confused with how the stages were set I thought it was part 1-4 not 85-89. Much appreciated
