NO BEARDS IN THIS GAME? Really Bethesta?

Sorry to flood this forum with my newbie topics, but WTF THERE ARE NO BEARDS IN THIS GAME!!!! How can you create an actual medieval hero without a huge hairy beard???

Did I miss something on the char creation screen? Hope I did cuz... WTF???
The Elder Scrolls series are well know for its extremely high testosterone levels: men are ugly, hairy and with big imposing beards, women are so hairy that they turn into werewolves, hell, even elves have mustaches and goatees!
Im really disapointed with the char apearance in this game!

I actually decided to go for a female char, following the old viking saying:

"We have a word for people without beards: women!"

Apparently, they wanted to keep up with the times. We're all women now.

At the development time, the shader model used made the beards and like not very convincing, so on Oblivion there is only facial hair color, which you can darken to made it more noticiable. Fallout 3 uses the same engine, but it supports shader model 2.0b, which allow such nice hair options.
