Yes. Not sure if it helps but they are REALLY weak. Like... Really really weak. Weak. Also they don't crawl on the walls or anything nor are they that scary in general. I would suggest looking at a wiki page to see what I'm talking about. Also if it's any comfort I'm a pretty big arachnaphobe myself and I don't fret them at all. Alternatively you could look for a mod that removes them.

By the time you answered I already found a nexus mods mod that replaces Spider Daedra with Scramps but I appreciate that you answered.

There are Spider Daedra at higher levels. They have a woman's head and torso on a spider's body. What is of more concern to you, I believe, is that they can summon spiderlings (itty bitty spiders. The higher the level, the more spiderlings are summoned. I think the limit is 5 or 6). There may be a mod to replace them with some other monster but I don't remember seeing one. You could probably learn to use the construction set and edit them yourself. There are plenty of tutorials on the net on how to use the construction set. The set itself is a free download.

or you can do what i do and don't use main skills until after you beat the main quest and never run into spider daedra =3
