And what makes you assume i haven't played the game in vanilla? Each pack from Wabbajack has a whole list of what mods come with the pack + you can disable anything you don't want in Mod Organizer afterwards
Please don't judge how people like to play their games, especially if you barely know anything about the subject.
This problem is addressed on Heartland Redux's Trobuleshooting section:

"Oh our mishmash of trash mods is just broken sometimes and throws errors for no reason, just restart the program and don't mind it"
Heh heh heh! Methinks I've struck a nerve lol!
I've been modding and writing mods since Morrowind. I had over 5,000 hours in Oblivion before I switched to the GOG version. God only knows how many hours ... and how many mods I've used ... at this point. It's quite possible I have more days running lodgen on Oblivion than you've been alive :P
I may not be an expert, but I'm certainly not lacking knowledge lol! Nor am I lacking manners, unlike some.

You probably tried to install some other modlist before. Or a mod collection through nexus. or something along those lines. And they already altered the bsa's. The installer doesn't like that. So de-install oblivion. Manually check if the folder is still present. If so, delete this too because there might be stuff left over in the data folder. And then re-install oblivion and go through the first time setup. After that run wabbajack again. That worked for me.
Having said that. If you're reading this OP. It's def not a good thing to ask specific questions about specific modlists on the steam forums. Just go onto the wabbajack discord or a specific discord for the modlist. steam is more for vanilla stuff or you get knowitall yappers like above that never tried the list at all.
