Stuck on "Turning a Blind Eye" - no new message
I stole the stone, handed it over to the Grey Fox, and now I'm waiting to get a new message from Amusei to start the arrow quest but it's just... not happening? I've already fenced the gold necessary and I've been waiting for over a month in game time. I've tried waiting near him, in a different cell, elsewhere in the city, fast traveling around, fencing a bit more gold, nothing. How fix :(

You can go here https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Turning_a_Blind_Eye to see a numbered list of the stages in this quest. You can locate the stage where you are stuck and use the console to jump past it. Open the console and type:-
setstage TG08Blind stage [enter]
(where stage is the number of the stage you wish to complete).
Be aware that It is not possible to step back a quest stages. So, save before trying this.
