The bloom in particular makes everything stone super bright, like blindingly so. Don't have any shots with that though.
It's especially bad and extreme in Oblivion because it was one of the first game to utilize HDR
I always used hdr over bloom, even back in 2007 PS3 days. Just realizing now they both suck. Also, just got a 4K monitor; do it…amazing.
