The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Game of the Year Edition (2009)

Heavily Modded Oblivion Help *RESOLVED*
I tried posting this to a subreddit but I don't use reddit and apparently don't have enough "karma" to post. Please Help!
I usually just hit my head in a wall until I force games to work with mods but Oblivion has proven to be extremely unstable, from what I'm reading it could have everything to do with my load order (I followed this guide, not to a T, just what I thought to be interesting to come back to after so many years, never did a heavily modded playthrough of Oblivion for obvious headache reasons: https://www.sinitargaming.com/oblivion_gameplay.html) I've been using wyrebash and BOSS for the most part, obmm for at least 2 mods that have multiple options to enable for simply installing them (I'm not very experienced in wyrebash or how to make it install singular mod options, if that's even possible). My main goal is to have a stable, heavily modded playthrough. Any assistance on load order or what mods/patches I'm missing for compatibility or that I should just ditch entirely is most appreciated!

So far only been having random crashes when travelling or some combat (I thought that was pretty normal) but I'm also having crashes when I try to open potion maker which obviously is a problem. Here's my load order:

Honestly extremely hard to say because of the sheer amount of mods you're using that have far reaching effects. I run about 60 or so mods compiled into 10 .omods and I install everything via OBMM. Game only very rarely crashes, and this is with OOO and OUT and a few other pretty intensive mods. Best bet is to disable everything, and go through installing and checking one by one until you know where the conflict is.

Well thanks for at least replying, been holding off on playing hoping someone else would have done what I've done and have an idea lol. I was dreading that process because, well, it's almost 100 mods.

You could use a mod conflict detector. I think there is one contained in the OBMM, and there is a standalone, possibly outdated version on Nexus.
I used the standalone version many years ago when I was experimenting with mods and found it useful. Meanwhile I use no or very few mods (for special purposes) - no need for a mod conflict detector anymore.
Do you really need all these mods to be active at the same time??? There is nothing wrong with it, but don't be surprised when you run into problems.

Well, of course I don't need ALL these mods but they all seemed like they'd work together, from what I understood about the guide I followed. It does run quite smoothly, only issue I had was figuring load order out in a few cases where containers lost their meshes entirely, crashing walking around the wilderness and into cities sometimes, and potion crafting crashing 95% of the time. So should I be using OBMM exclusively or is the wyrebash/OBMM setup I've committed to fine?
Found the issue! it was NorthernUI advanced alchemy table. Hoping this thread helps someone else.

DarnUI has a much longer track record with Oblivion and has been compatible with every mod setup I've ever tried. It comes in a few different versions too.

Didn't know that! I'd switch but feel kinda locked in with all the NorthernUI patches I've already installed
