how can i use steam to launch the game through mod organizer 2?

When I was about to start modding Oblivion I found the following link to XUUL modding guide that helped me work through how to set it all up. Using Mod Organizer to load Oblivion mod manager as a program to load those older mods that need it.
If you click on his site that has become quite an informative guide lots of episodes for adding a variety of mods. XUUL does promote his mods which I found worked well. He does talk quite fast, but just pause vid and follow his instructions.
