The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Game of the Year Edition (2009)

Morroblivion?
Does anyone know how to set it up apart from the website? The things I have consulted seem dated.

Good luck, you may not get OBSE to work properly no matter what fixes you find online, thus can't get it to run Morrowblivion if downloaded from steam. Other than that, the overlay is the thing they're talking about under steam>settings>in-game

So having the Steam versions is the issue?

its very buggy lol idk how these other people did it but i had to skip like two whole first quests and what not to get my main quest line to start working. lol very messy still. so far works for me. that i know of. havent played it much. but got to say likes a fun game. lol i dont dig the combat in the other game. only real thing i hate about it that and sorta quite combared to like skyrim. not much voice acting in it.

i just spent the day setting up morroblivion and it is not easy to do, its a massive pain in the arse, and tbh now after all that i feel its not been worth it, its crash happy and feels really quiet all the time and emotionless, you may be better off jus installing morrowind installing mgso and just playing that through (it looks allot better graphics wise that morroblivion but you have the old combat of morrowind) and oblivion with a decent set of graphic mods looks ok and is a decent game. you will also struggle to get obse to work 100% (as said at the top) its doable but annoying and time consuming.

The project was great in thought but took so long to do, its the same with skyblivion/skywind the sheer amount of time it takes to do and turn over of modders/supporters is to high and each member (normally) has work/college/uni/life to deal with leading them to put in less hours. So any info you get, mostly on morroblivion is out of date and is likley to never be fixed/resolved.

yeah the skywind team is large but how long has it beein in the works? i have lost count and tbh i lost faith a little with it being so long in the making ages ago, same with morroblivion but that came out and i forgot about it lol.

the skyrim combat system is decent and i wish morrowind had a one that was some what better than a missing 90% of the time for most of the game.

At the time though the combat was brilliant now not so much, but the only way around the combat being the same is either the always hit mod but you are a god at lvl 1 or morroblivion sad really but alas what can we do lol

oblivion has a weak combat too. but with some mods like deadly reflex it makes it much more better. not as boring anymore. lol

Interest in this game must have died fast.... I am trying to install it but I can't find hardly any kind of intelligible instructions to do so. I found a youtube video but there is no way to read what the guy is clicking on and he doesn't say a single through the entire setup. The other video I found was posted in 2012....

I went to the Morroblivion site but you follow their directions and nothing works not too mention that you can't find a number of the downloads they talk about.

Does anyone have directions as to installation order and where to install etc as well as links to all the needed software that one has to download to get this to work?

Is it even worth the effort of trying to find all this information out anymore? I am noticing that no one is really posting anything on this anymore, seems to be a bit of a dead topic these days.
