Vampirism Quest / Bug RESOLVED

So I accidently became a vampire. I didn't drink any blood, got the cure, cured myself, went back to the dude who wants to save his love, whom I gladly wanted to help. I also gave the cure to his wife (the item is not in my inventory anymore) but still I can not finish the quest.
I just realzied now that this is a bug, because the mages guild (which I joined after I took the cure for vampirism) wanted me to fetch a book there. But even after his servant attacked me (and I had to kill him) I can not finish this new quest either.

SO I got that unoffical patch now and copied all data in the relevant folders added these "mods" (?) in datafiles but still I can't finish any of these quests

-> Still Hal-Liurz is stuck in her one sentence, I should go to the count and not delay, eventhough I immediately went to the Count already.<-
-> And the one with the book my mark stays on the corpse of his dead servant on the meeting-point, where he tried to kill me. <-

What can I do to get this fixed, without loosing all my gameprogress?

UPDATE

so just now I found a solution:

I now used console mode by pressing ^ (German keyboard)
then I entered 'setstage MS40 80'
which did not do it for good. Hal-Liurz still told me to wait for the count even when he was right beside her.
So I changed to 'setstage MS40 100' which would finfish the quest (without reward)

Entering 'setstage MS40 80' also revived Mercator (that "servant" of the count) so I could go on in that quest.
