This doesn't appear to have a solution, outside of loading a prior save or running the unofficial patches if you haven't already. This mod might also help:
http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/5919/
that mod from above doesnt fix the problem
1. First try using TES4Edit to detect incompatibities, (as well as clean mods) and BOSS/LOOT to help the load order.
http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/11536/
2. If that doesn't help, then try verifying the intergrity of the game cache, which is available by right clicking on the game title in your Steam library and found under the Local Files menu of the Properties option.
Unless it's the Days&Months.esp. Try disabling that and see if it has any effect.
"how do you do this? I think oblivion reloaded makes the game beautiful but it changes the game play and kills the enjoyment.I enjoy waiting without sleeping and the lock on."
^This guy appears to have the same problem.
"It's right under the StayOnTarget part. Just set all 3 (combat, sleep, swim) to 0."
I think he's talking about the ini file at Data\Ini\OblivionReloaderdEsp.ini.
Might try that out, but it'd be best to back up your ini first.
You're doing gods work son. Thank you.
