any easy way to find side quests

this is my main problem with these type of games, im never able to find a lot of side quests. im trying to to talk to everyone but still. aint finding none xD

Just listen to rumors and follow any clues that the Radiant NPCs are giving in passing conversations, for whatever that's worth. You can generally ask at inns or castles for work, as well as join the guilds in most major cities.

If you notice people are being rude to you, play the dialogue game and try to get your favor up to 50. Then they will talk to you and give you some interesting side quests. The guilds are also great.
