How to find the baseID of a copy of a quest object
I’m trying to drop a quest object. The problem is I can’t use console commands to turn it into a non-quest object because I don’t know its base ID. It’s technically the copy of a quest object (via console commands), specifically Agronak’s Raiment. Basically I was pissed that the Grey Prince wasn’t fighting back in the Arena Champion match due to doing his personal quest beforehand (what a letdown), so I created a copy of him and turned his aggression up to 6. Then I killed both of them and the arena roared.. This created two of his raiments. I looted both. They’re quest objects that you have to give back to the arena people. Well they only took one back. So I’m stuck with the copy, which I don’t know the base ID of. Is there any way to find out?

The original raiment’s base ID is 0003B1DC Is the copy maybe some specific iteration of that?

This is very important because I want my statue in Bruma to be buck naked. This is impossible with a copy of Agronak’s raiment in my inventory as your statue appears with the best items in your inventory. Even when using the update my statue mod.

Thank you.

Try:
setquestobject 0003B1DC 0

Should remove the Quest Item flag (0 = off, 1 = on) and let you drop/sell/deposit it as a regular item.

Baseid is the same for every copy of an item. It's called BASE for a reason. I think UESP wiki has all ids you'll ever need, better bookmark it.
