Vortex Mod Staging Folder Missing

So I'm a new player to Oblivion and I wanted to get a few graphics mods. They've installed fine, but the key thing I'm missing is the mod staging folder apparently. Does anyone know where the hell I'm supposed to stage the mods from? And please don't tell me to use a different mod manager.

Select Setting under the General selection, and go to the "Mods" panel inside the Setting tab. There you'll find a tab with a green sentence that reads "Mod Staging Folder (Oblivion)". Click suggest and apply after. That should do it... probably
