Irlav Jarol Bloodworm helm bug

Hello there.
I'm trying to do the Arcane university questline but Irlav Jarol always remains in the archmage room ad thus I can't complete the bloodworm helm quest because he never disappears from there and his corpse does not appear. I have the oblivion unofficial patch installed and loading before the other unofficial patches.
How can i solve this?
Even loading a savefile before the completion of the quest where bruma mages guild is attacked does not work.
Is there a way to make the corpse appear via console commands and remove the 'alive' Jarol?

PS: I also have the Steam library installed in a different drive than the Steam laucher.
The only other mods I have installed are cosmetics mods and Italian translations.

I think i did it with console commands.

I wrote

"00014675".enable

in the command console to make the corpse appear. Then I did the quest, went back to archmage rooms, targeted the alive Jarol while in the console and wrote

disable

to remove him from the game.
I hope this will not cause any problems in the future.
