Missing Ground
I'm having some issues with missing ground textures in the first city... NPCs are literally falling down into the void because there is no ground there to be walked on. There are random missing patches of ground where I think there would be grass next to the stone sidewalks in the city.

I have tried disabling various mods and reloading my save but the ground still seems to be missing there. Anyone know which mods in particular could be the culprit/what I can do to fix this? I am using Qarl's Texture Pack III, Improved Trees and Flora, Natural Environments, etc. I have SkyBSA and the patch fixes as well.

have you played the file before with no issue? do you have older saves and does it happen on those? have you checked your modlist to make sure there arent redundant mods enabled or cross mod conflict? im not too knowledgeable myself but youre gonna be asked these questions and probably asked for a modlist too. have you tried a new game to see if it happens then?

quick follow up from reading around, someone had something similar due to a mod that added a single bag to the water front district. so if you didnt disable clothing mods or other seeming unrelated things like that when you tried i would give that a go too.
its over 10 years old but if you wanna compare your mod list to theirs or read the thread it may be food for thought. hopefully some better assistance comes by for you.

The standard procedure is to disable all mods and to see what happens. If the textures are back, reactivate all mods sequentially, in any order, and again see what happens. Once the textures are damaged again, you know that the last reactivated mod(s) have caused the issue. Time-consuming, but reliable.
It may well be that the textures are missing even when all mods are disabled. In this case the problem is elsewhere, or the save game is so "infected" by the problematic mod that disabling mods doesn't help (not unusual when you save a game, remove a mod, and then try to load the savegame). In this case there is probably not a lot you can do.
