What should I do with Mother's Head? (spoilers)
So, I found this head, and I can't do anything with it. Don't want to go and sell a corpse head to a necrophiliac (or do it . . .)

I don't thing anything would change, you would effectively just be dangling a head in front of a corpse. You need to show it to him when he is alive.

Really, the only change that I'm aware of is that if you show it to him during the quest where they hang LaChance his dialogue changes slightly.
