leveling up/jail time question

can you level up as much as you want by doing time in jail to reduce your major skills so you can level them up over and over?

Yes you can do that, but it is kind of pointless because you will become overpowered long before that is really necessary.

I am not sure since I have never used it in Oblivion, but it might be less tedious using the Oblivion -Elys- Uncapper mod instead.
