You should reinstall whole game and install first:
OBMM
OBSE
Nifse relase
nifse dr patch installed by obmm
drop lit torches
and deadly reflex omod by obmm

Does it matter if Drop lit torches in done by OBMM? And im guessing your running Oblivion of Steam yeah?

tbh i have installed drop lit torches manually and i have activated drop lit torches only by
selecting a mod in obmm

Well my main problem seems to be the script ext. It doesnt seem to work on the 15second test thing. But everything is in the right place, so its really confusing :/

Buzzing! Got it working pal. Basically had the script loader.exe / oblivion.exe / oblivion launcher.exe and OBMM all configured diffrently, so ive put them all to windows vista - and bish bash bosh! Its work! ;D
