Do I get anything if all of the knights survive Umaril the Unfeathered?
They all keep dying quickly

You get to keep most of them as they are. Other than that not really. Perhaps one of them is a trainer or has a unique item on him, other than that I can't remember.

You get the satisfaction of having kept every one of them alive.

Which is pretty valuable to me, especially if I'm playing a character who is doing this DLC in the first place.

It's generally tough to keep anybody you're escorting alive in this game, for many reasons. I ended up losing all of them in the final dungeon because I didn't realize Umaril's monsters would just keep respawning until I killed him.

They don't respawn. They just spawn in rediculously large hoards. Pretty sure Umaril was easier than fighting those hoards
