Fighter's guild doors are permanently locked

So this hasn't happened in my last playthroughs, haven't changed any mods or load order of them in any way, and the door leading to the fighter's guild in every city is permanently locked with a very hard lock. What causes this problem and how do i fix it (preferrably without cheats)?

If you want to unlock the door that much, then you can feel free to use ''unlock'' or just lock it as every player does, still they normaly keep the guild halls locked at night from wich i know.

Or Ai package might have touched by a mod.

Go to counsle commands press ~ to bring them up. Click on the door. then type unlock that should work!
