Won't go past mini menu :( plz help

I recently bought the game on the summer sale cause I recently got rid of my PS3 and with it my oblivion copy so I figured I would buy for pc but when i press play it goes straight to the little mini menu but all options except for the website link and exit are lighter colored and can't be clicked on I've validated the integrity and now I don't know what to do please help so I can play the game!!!

I have and yes the Oblivion Launcher it wont go past the little menu that has the symbol and the option to press play but it is grey instead of black and i cant click on it

Try disabling HDR. Set it to bloom or off.

Yah like AndreyKva said everything execpt "bethesda.com", and "exit" are grey and dont do anything when i click on them.

Did you try restarting your computer?

yah I went through all the basics reinstalling my game now hoping that wil work, fingers crossed.

Well I just reinstalled the game and it did nothing I'll leave the stupid launcher on over night in case it's something that needs to load but I'm sure I'll wake up tomorrow with a whole lot of disappointment I'll update the post in the morning. :(

1) delete game and all settings, documents, from AppData, ProgramData whatever. 2) open regedit -> ctrl+f -> Oblivion -> delete all entries related; 3) repeat but now search for Bethesda and also delete all entries. 4) reinstall the game and start it.
