How to gain fame using console?

During the quest where you bring Martin to cloud ruler temple, i accedently picked the wrong horse (at jauffreys village), and that counts as stealing, which gave me infame to the blades, resulting in Jauffrey not asking if i want to join the blades. I want to join the blades! could someone please tell me how to gain fame for the blades using console commands?

setpcfame to set fame
setpcinfamy to set infamy

but how do i use it? if i just type setpcfame 100 nothing happens

Check your fame in your stats screen it should've set your fame to 100
