Oblivion - Weird Resolution Glitch (PLEASE HELP!!)

Hey, I've been using Mod Organizer and I've installed some mods, None to do with fullscreen (Besides Fake windowed mode (I've already tried uninstalling that, It didn't work) I've tried making my ini setting make Oblivion run in fullscreen mode such as changing 'bFull Screen=1'' and I've even tried changing SizeH= and SizeW= in Oblivion_default.ini but nothing has worked, I've also tried disabling AA, Basically what happens is when I launch the screen everything has a massive border around BESIDES when I'm actually playing the game (It happens during the start menu and during loading screens) but what annoys me is when I go to click something like ''Resume'' Or ''Play'' I always have to aim may cursor a little bit up to the right to actually click it, It's really get annoying, Please help!!

Oh, And another thing, When I launch Oblivion steam through MO it doesn't show all my mods in the data files ;/

Are you changing the ini through MO? Upper left button that says Tools when hovered over.

Yes, I've changed the settings through MO .ini I've even tried the games .ini

Mo stores the ini's in mod organizer\profiles\<your profile name>, make the changes to them directly there, then set them to read only.

Yeah, Never mind I fixed it, turns out it was the FOV, I set it to 90 but the default is 75, It's kinda weird cause out of all things this was the one that caused it..
