Help please

I'm looking for a mod for Oblivion that lets me move items easily and precisely. I also want to move static objects, for example: A fence gate.

There is a mod for Skyrim called "Jaxonz Positioner". This is exactly what I want: Click Num-Pad Enter to select objects. The more important feature is whatever you have in the Console, if you click on something, the Positioner can move it, copy it, take to inventory etc.

This is exactly what I want. I have been looking everywhere but can't seem to find a mod similar.

Please note that I don't have Oblivion for Steam, I only have the 5th anniversary edition disc. Thanks!

These are the ones I know and have used, but I'm not sure if any will move a fence gate. You may have toi use the construction kit to do that.

I only used the Fence gate as an example. In Skyrim, I run around, see a galleon I like, so I select it in the console, hit Enter, and I can either 1. Chuck it into my inventory for later use, or 2. Move it about. It's really useful. I'll try Redecoration by Uberspeed, and possibly Decorator Assistant if Uber doesn't work.
