Where is the Oblivion editor?
I cannot find it anywhere, it's doesn't show up in my Steam library as an option, there's nothing in the Oblivion install directory. I know there IS one, so where is it?

What? You mean the construction set? Download it on Bethesdas website.

Funny enough, when I finally bought Skyrim, I went looking for the Skyrim Construction Set, oblivious to its being distributed through Steam!

Good to know it's hosted on NexusMods - Morrowind had it's construction set included on it's own CD with the old GOTY edition! Skyrim's can be found in the Tools section of your Steam Library, but Oblivion's seemed to be nowhere!
