The only magic that really needs a trainer is Restoration, because of how slow it levels. But I can understand why someone would train Destruction too.

Most magic skills are very easy to level except for restoration. Just create your own custom spells for each school of magic using the Arcane Universities spellmaking altar and create a low powered spell with minimal magicka cost so you can spam it repeatedly.

Conjuration, summon skeleton for 1 second on self.
Destruction, Fire 3 damage for 1 second on self.
Alteration Feather 3 for 1 second on self.
Illusion, light 3 for 1 second on self.
Mysticism, detect life 3ft for 1 second on self.

Etc.

Make sure a shield is equipped, hold block and then hold down the casting key. You will gain skillups very quickly, especially if your magic skills are major skills.

You can only train five times per level.
