Oblivion Duplication not working

Has Duplication with scrolls been patched in the PC version, i bought this game over steam summer sales but i can seem to dupe with scrolls.

Here's what i do
1. get a scroll with 2 or more stacks
2. select that scroll
3. go to item i want to dupe and drop it.

then nothing happens. Does anyone know why?

I just tested it and with the laterst patches and updates it still works atleast on other scrolls

It appears that i can glitch scrolls and potions but no weapons or armor. This is odd, i have it for the xbox and last i played it (about 2 years ago) i could dupe armor and weapons. has there been any patches in the last 2 years

just tested again on weapons and armors and it is working. Are you trying to dupe items repaired or damaged at any time? I thinks so. well you can't.

ah so you cant dupe damaged items or repaired items? that could be it

You're on PC. If you want to cheat you can use console commands.
