Crashing trying to go into waterfront
Ok just grabbed the key item for getting the first special mission for the theif guild. Now trying to walk, fast travel, or open the door into the waterfront. Game instantly crashes. Whats up with that?

Don't have a single mod on the game. Just using the base game.

This game tends to crash if your settings are too high. I think the game has a memory leak or something. Reduce settings like view distance and consider NOT using such features as HDR or Bloom if you are having crash issues. Also, turn OFF vsync because I've found the game likes to crash when you have vsync on more often.

Try deleting the ini file. That can fix the crashes sometimes.
