The mesh you're looking at in wiki is actually Bands of The Chosen[elderscrolls.wikia.com].
Although in the Journal, Both items share the same icon which is, again Bands of The Chosen. So I think it was a mistake done by a user who edit the wiki page.

This story goes for chainmail greaves for female. Its icon looks like chainmail garter belt, but when you equip it, it's completely different. Although this garter belt icon was never used in the actual game.

You can change its mesh if you want. Or I can make it happen for you. It's very easy.
