look one of my favorite parts of the game was the fact you could get the houses and i thought it was cool that you could buy furniture. does anyone know any mod that can do this???

If you had GOTY you get Battlehorn castle.
Otherwise check out some of the castle mods:

Only one furniture mod I can think of, Imperial Furniture Renovated:
