Oblivion Reloaded causes game to crash on start up

Yesterday I installed Oblivion on my new PC and downloaded the essentials like Wrye Bash, OBMM, OBSE, Stutter Remover, Anti Crash, the 4gb patch, the unofficial patches, DarNified UI, and other essentials referenced from the Tesgeneral site. Then I installed Oblivion Reloaded and it worked, after that I installed the HGCE body and Roberts male body mods then the Oblivion Character Overhaul and it still worked when starting the game. That's where I stopped yesterday, today I tried to install the HGCE and robert compatibility addons for OCO and I used wrye bash dragging the zips into the installer tabs like I'd do for any other mod and I assumed it worked and I also installed enhanced camera because I didn't like how OR makes my body blurry when looking at it in first person and I turned the camera enabled option to 0 in the .ini and now the game won't start with OR even after uninstalling all the mods and even uninstalling and reinstalling Oblivion itself. I also installed the nighteye shader replacement and cyroldil borders removed mod but I don't think those caused this problem to happen.

Is Oblivion Reloaded even worth using at this point? I was planning on installing stuff like the weather mod and it seems to already make changes to the weather so besides my problem does it also have incompatibility issues with other mods?
