Realistic Levelling mod not raising attributes
I installed it through OBMM and I also have OBSE installed. I am currently either level 9 or 10 and my attributes are the same as when I was level 1. My major skills still raise and I can still level up. I also read on another thread that realistic levelling gives your attribute bonuses during the mid game (as in levels) and if that is true then I would appreciate someone telling me when this is supposed to happen and if not then what is it I may have gotten wrong.

Mods I am using:
Unlevelled weapons
Unlevelled clothing
Unlevelled armor
Realistic Levelling

Ultimate leveling might be better

Ultimate leveling is a better alternative, as Realistic Leveling is outdated. It offers the same features.

Yeah, I decided that I was dying too much because of this so I just decided to switch levelling mods to something closer to vanilla and apply points I would've already had. Thanks for replying though and I'll probably use ultimate levelling on my next playthrough as a +5 modifier mod feels pretty cheesy right now.

I use Galerion Leveling Revised (attributes go up as skills do, can choose 3 attributes to +1 on levelup) and Uncapper.
