Agarmir's House (Spoiler free help requested)
So I am doing the Thoronir quest at the moment for Jensine. I stalked Thoronir until I saw him meet with Agarmir. I then asked Agarmir the next day about Thoronir and he said he didnt know him. So I then stalked Agarmir the entire day. Eventually he went home. I then broke into his house during his meeting with Thoronir the next night. I looked around the house and haven't found anything. I was in his basement for a little bit and the imperial guards came in to arrest me, even though no one had seen me break in. Is this a bug? and also what am I looking for in Agarmir's house?

It is amazing how easy them guards can spot you from a long distance away. I always used to quicksave just before trying to break in.
What you are looking for is in the basement, it is a book.

you are looking for proof in his basement.
break into his house when he is not there and look around.

Watch Agamir's house until he leaves for the day which is usually in the afternoon. Wait until the patrolling guards are out of sight and pick the lock on his door. If you follow that sequence the guards won't arrest you and you won't get tagged with trespassing - just don't take too long and don't steal anything. See below.

In his basement you'll find an incriminating book on his desk. Take it and follow the instructions in your quest log.
