Training Heavy Armor Question.
Does training Heavy Armor when its a Minor Skill make my existing armor stronger? Or not?

Training heavy armour increases the protection of heavy armour, does not matter if it is minor or major skill. So yes it improves existing heavy armour.
The only differences between major and minor are: Major skills level faster, Major skills x 10 = level up, all Major skills start at a base of 25.
If interested the following is the equation for armour:
ArmorRating = ( 0.35 + 0.0065 * Skill ) * BaseArmorRating
