Bound Dagger Crash

hi i know this is a weird thing to bring up but after being a lot of hours into oblivion i maybe can play the game several hours without a crash which i consider a blessing, after slaying some necromancers i came across a spell tome for bound dagger spell so i learnt it and tried it out game crashed when i cast it so reloaded my save and sure again it crash's every single time i try and cast bound dagger is there anything i can do to fix this, is this a common bug with the game?
or should i just perma delete the spell from my spells log

Same problem here but i had used the bound dagger a lot before it start crashing. It started in a cave with necromanvers
