Yes, I know but it works. I'm running around zapping everything with one spell. Must be an exploit.
Paladin. Mace/Sword/Heavy Armor/Restoration. Very fun and interesting. Lots of action so viewers don't get bored.
Or if you are feeling like rolling the dice, just go through the tutorial and be whatever class they think you are, role playing as it for the rest of the game. Really stick to those skills. I have had some very fun play through's doing that.
Playing without magic is like cutting yourself 50% of the potential fun you could gain from the game.
If you think archery or stealth is good in Oblivion maybe you’ve never played a good game in any respective mechanics to compare.
Daedric warhammer does 28 dmg per swing, meaning that it will take about 20 swings to kill a "single" goblin warlord. If you put fatigue loss and weapon condition as a consideration, it will actually take about 35 swings, and if you put blocking/staggering to consideration, the battle with a "single" goblin warlord will take even longer than that.
Note that I've quoted a word "single", because all goblin caves except those that are occupied by the unique goblin tribes will be full of these goblin warlords. Every single goblins in a goblin cave will be warlords, and occasionally shamans, if you're past level 20. Clearing a single goblin cave at this point as a melee warrior will be a nightmare and it becomes something that you don't want to do, unless you love swing the hammer at the same enemy for about 20 minutes straight. (Not to mention having to constantly heal yourself during the battle)
Oh, but it doesn't end here. Goblin warlord's health formula(30 x Player's level) doesn't have any limit, meaning that if you keep level up, its health will keep increase to the point where it might reach literally a thousand. A THOUSAND HEALTH, as your typical goblin that can be found anywhere.
But what about your weapon? Your big fat daedric warhammer? Meh, it still does 28 dmg per swing. 33 dmg if you're an expert of armorer skill and repair it to 125 health, which will lower this '35 swing per one dead goblin' to about '30 swing per one goblin', but... That's not really much of a difference, considering how pretty much every goblin caves are filled with these warlords, is it?
At this point, it's safe to conclude that melee weapons in this game is absolute trash, and you should avoid using it at all cost, unless you'd like to torture yourself.
Nuff said.
15 fire dmg 1 sec
15 frost 1 sec
15 shock 1 sec
15 drain health 1 sec (by looking at this you can understand I was dumb as hell. You can also got it by making a char 20 level lol.)
And a soul trap for 3 sec.
I wanted to make the main quest for a bit. When we were going in sewers, a damned goblin shaman slayed me.
Magic is really powerful in this game, and should be used especially in higher difficulties. If i would use some op destruction spells buffing each other, or maybe some restoration spells which fortifies combat skills. I would have defeated her much easier.
I always played this game stealth and rarely combat based. People always talking about how useless combat pretty upsets me. That one video high elf jumps from dive rock to lake rumare just explains this.
So long in short, even the most "warrior" char also needs spells. And using at least alchemy for efficient leveling can help a lot.
Might be worth doing another character with that one and seeing if there's any difference. If the only effect the endurance drain in this instance has is to bork one part of the fatigue calculation then it may be more efficient if I just do the fatigue/health drain.
I just assumed it was an exploit, that the Youtuber I got the idea from is famous for. He tends to do deep dives into game files and come up with stuff.
dude my profile is public...check how much hours i spent on the game before saying that.
I didnt say you do 2 point of damage, 2x stay for double damage as bonus for having that skills
Johnny was also like, never touched to the weapons. And i didnt said you are a beginner.
And did you meant by reaching master in x, your damage with x gets doubled?
