Important Question
This question is very important for me to get answer to! I was seeking TES games that you can use steam controller to, that will say, use a controller to play the game with, and Oblivion, Morrowind including Skyrim, SE and VR came up in the list, after I ticked on the steam controller option. But, when I click to see the info on both morrowind and oblivion there are no info or icon saying that you can play with controller or partly controller. This is incredible confusing to me, since i specifically searched for steam controller and controller. So now the question is, can you play this games with a controller or not!? I refuse to play Roll playing games with keyboard, that will say, without a controller. I have Both Skyrim and Skyrim SE and can play the game with my controller. But it would bee fun to try play Oblivion and Morrow wind to, than just Skyrim....To get a bit more understanding in the whole TES story up to skyrim...

you could but you would need multiple mods and accessories to get it working somewhat properly. Oblivion wasn't made to play with the controller on the PC.

The mod NorthernUI Vanilla version works well if you want it at close as possible to the Xbox version. It requires OBSE and a separate mod or a very easy setup with joytokey or Xpadder for the hotkeys. Morrowind still has to be mapped with joytokey or Xpadder (or similar program) as far as I know.

I bought a playstation 3 just to bee able to play oblivion. But sadly you can not use mods on PS3 though! I see someday later if i would get one of those Joy to pad or xpadder, i just need to figure out how to config it. I did not have any luck with config joy to key last time i tried it out with a game that uses keys to play.

The PS3 port is literally the WORST port out of them all. The Xbox 360 port is the definitive port for consoles.

Eh the ps version is fine. It's not like Skyrim or fallout New Vegas on the PlayStation. I've played extensive hours of both Xbox and PlayStation versions, and I have never had the a bomb glitch on the PS3 but I have had it on the xbox.

However the Xbox does include those little dlc which I believe are unavailable on the PlayStation.
