So new game, I exit sewers go straight to market district. I meet this guy Ignar Rodblock who dumps loads of stuff on me. Tickle this cleanse that...

Anyway, I stagger to the nearest shop and sell the lot. +34,000. So now I am extremely rich and confused.

Ignar seems to be something to do with Kvatch rebuild mod, which I have, but the tickling gear? Any idea whats going on?

Ok, looks like it might not be Ignar. It looks like some other mod, that must have been added just before Ignar spoke to me?!?

Searching for "Oblivion mod tickles" is not doing it. Just guess I will have to start disabling mods until the tickle, itch, mirth, equestrian etc stuff disappears. Was hoping for a shortcut.

Ok so it looks like the problem is OBME which I needed for Av latta magicka.

Thanks for the help, think I have got it now. To get Av Latta magica working https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/49096 you need to install OBME and AddActorValues, but in order to maintain sanity you need to disable all the _example.esp esps on the plugins tab (Vortex).
