"Oblivion has stopped working" no matter what I do. *FIXED?*

I have reinstalled Oblivion multiple times. I have installed every single "patcher," "bug fixer," etc. I could find on the internet. Yet, despite this, I consistently get the blue circle cursor and the "Oblivion has stopped working" message every time I open the inventory and click around the menus. At one point I managed to be able to use my inventory, but I still crashed every few minutes for some unknown reason. I have gone through a total of 12 reinstalls (including one today) and I just can seem to find any reason I should still play this game when it seemingly doesn't even want me to play it.
My current load order is:

I also have Blockhead, EngineBugFixes, FastExit, NVAC, OneTweak, and Oblivion Stutter Remover. Like I said, I have tried every single mod that has ever been said to fix any crash on the internet, even ones unrelated to my crashes. Please tell me this is easily fixable and I have been an Idiot, I don't want to waste all this time on this game just for it to give up and stop working. Thank you for trying to help.
Edit: This also happens on old saves/completely new games.

Sorry for an unfunny joke, but this is a... Load disorder. No wonder it's crashing for you.

I could try and sort your plugins, but seeing how Oblivion.esm is near the bottom of your list, are you sure it's your actual load order?

Oh no, sorry. That was the load order I found in some text file in the oblivion folder. It seemed to have sorted by alphabetical order for some reason and I didn't notice.

No idea if this would work, but I have all those mods too and EVE_StockEquipmentReplacer.esp for me is between DLCSpellTomes - Unofficial Patch.esp and DLCThievesDen.esp. Everything else is same order.
I sort my load using Wyre Bash / BOSS

I'm almost certain it has something to do with the menu. I started up the game and walked around for a little bit, talked to people, etc., but the moment I opened the menu the game froze and I had to close it. Hope this might help.

UPDATE: Ok so I found out that the game engine doesn't like to go above 60FPS very much, so I capped the FPS at 60 in the Oblivion Stutter Remover INI file and I haven't crashed in a little bit. The game seems very fragile right now, however, so that might change at any moment. If anyone seeing this is having the same problem, try capping the FPS.

EDIT: Capping the FPS helped a little bit, and I crashed less frequently, but still crashed every few minutes or so. I then closed all other windows and closed a few processes using task manager and Oblivion seems to be doing very well! It seems to me that closing everything other than Oblivion helped a lot more than capping the FPS, but the solution could be both or just closing everything. Hope this helps anyone having the same issues as me.
