Report a translation problem
It is said that restarting the game can solve it, but it didn't work out for me, so what I did is I cramp myself through the gap with high acrobatics around the platforms with pressure plate.
Do note that there's an invisible wall there that prevents you from jumping up there "normally", so as I have described, you basically have to cramp yourself through it. (Or you can simply use TCL console command to fly over there)
You may need to enable the console first in the Oblivion.ini file
