Can't stream on discord?
Streaming results in black screen, but no problem with voice. Couldn't find a solution, is it because the game is old?

Oblivion never played nice with task switching.

You could try to run it windowed instead of fullscreen to see if that helps.

Make a hotkey in discord set to stream any game that it recognizes you playing, use said hotkey while full screened in game.
