Permanently Equipped Ring

Just loaded up a game which used to work fine and I could equip two rings but I've noticed my left hand has a ring equipped even when I remove all rings from my inventory. It means I can only equip one ring so what could have caused this?

Which ring is it? I know there are issues with the Viper ring (can't remember it's exact name, sorry)

I went back to earlier saves and worked out the ring is called Gold Configuration Ring. It's used with Reneer's Gold Mod 1.200 and it's meant to equip/unequip automatically to open the menu screen. Somehow it hadn't unequipped but I wasn't carrying that ring so there was no way of using it again which was the only way to unequip it. Not seen a glitch like that before and I couldn't carry on without being able to equip two rings and an amulet. Not with the carnage I'm planning.

Got a mod that lets me put a ring on each finger. Course in my game ist sorely needed.

Do you mean every finger? I've seen mods for that and it looks interesting to try.

Yep 10 rings...1 amulet.....gotta do your homework though. Oblivion is a stellar game modded, but it was early on in the modding scene so there is A LOT of trial and error.
